Gioia said, "Today we wrote a letter to Imi and Zani. They are two birds who live in the rainforest in Peru. We had to help them to measure a stick. They tried to measure the stick with ants. That didn't work because the ants were different sizes. I think they should make a ruler out of wood and write numbers on it. The stick was seven inches long."
Lex said, "Today we did not have recess because it was snowing when we came to school. We had a ninety minute delay."
